Penn Fields School is a specialist setting in Wolverhampton providing education to young people from ages 5 to 19, all of whom have a variety of SEND complexities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and secure environment for our learners. We are looking for someone who has excellent written and communication skills, and will take responsibility for the learner’s welfare, safety and supervision.

  • Is a highly effective team player (ideally with experience of working with SEN children)  Enjoys supporting children and strives for excellence and enjoyment  Actively supports teaching staff to raise standards  Believes that every child should be given the opportunity to reach their true potential  Is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all learners  Has excellent interpersonal, organisation, communication and time management skills  Will adhere to and support whole school policies and practices
