22.2 Hours per Week
The role will be based be on an annualised contract of 22.2 hours each week, the role will is based on three fixed days of Monday,Thursday and Friday in the Warwick office.
As a Registration Assistant you’ll be responsible for Reception and administrative duties. Acting as the first point of contact to our Service you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience, meeting and greeting visitors; handling queries and dealing with difficult callers. You will book appointments; answer calls; complete paperwork, produce copy certificates and cover the Reception.
To be successful in this role you’ll need good administrative and customer service experience. As you’ll be managing a variety of relationships it’s important you have good communication skills both verbal and written; have clear and neat handwriting with excellent attention to detail. You will be used to working within a team as well as on your own initiative; be resilient, flexible and able to work with people and confidential information with tact and diplomacy. In addition it’s important you have good planning and organising skills, able to manage your time effectively and work under pressure. Good IT skills, the ability to travel throughout the county and willing to attend relevant training courses are also required.
