The Role: 

A fantastic opportunity for has arisen for the role of Advanced Social Work Practitioner within Wychavon Area Adult Social Work Team.

This is a hugely diverse role and no one day is the same and we're proud of the work that we do in our friendly and supportive team.  

Located in the beautiful and scenic Wychavon Area, covering Droitwich, Pershore, Evesham and surrounding areas. Working alongside 3 ASWP colleagues you will manage the day-to-day operational duties of the Area Team including supervisory responsibilities and providing an expert, consultative role in the delivery of the strengths based Social Work model.

If you are looking for more responsibility, a supportive role with your colleagues, whilst continuing to support and safeguard adults of all ages, then this could be just for you.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll need a professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS) or other social work qualification certified by Social Work England.

Whether you’ve managed and mentored a team before or you're looking to take your first steps in developing your management skills this is a great opportunity for an experienced Social Worker looking to move up in your career and progress in your profession.
