Job Details
Worcester City are looking for an enthusiastic, customer facing individual to join our Parking and Enforcement Team.
You will deliver excellent customer service with all matters relating to Parking and Enforcement.
You will deliver strong performance and remain customer focused in all aspects of your role.
In addition to Parking, a key area of your role will be Environmental Enforcement. You will be required to play a key role in keeping Worcester City a clean, bright and vibrant place for its residents and all those who visit.
Your role will include training which will set you in good standing in ensuring the Highways are unobstructed.
You will be required to issue PCNs to vehicles issue Fixed Penalty Notices under the Environmental Act.
Worcester City Parking and Enforcement team are proud to be a service where we prioritise tasks, sometimes away from the day to day running of the service.
