We are seeking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to work with the College Directors and other colleagues across President Kennedy to support and enhance the teaching and learning of small groups/individual students and ensure students make progress in line with their targets.
You will be committed to building brighter futures and educated to Advanced Level / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. You will have a minimum of 1 years’ classroom experience, or relevant work with young people in one of a range of fields such as education, youth work, health and social work.
You will have a good understanding of the roles played by various adults in the education of young people as well as the issues pertaining to safeguarding children and young people. You will be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a range of audiences, be highly organised, able to prioritise and work calmly under pressure - meeting strict deadlines and exercising attention to detail.

25 hours per week - Term Time Only plus 1 week (39 weeks)
