LSA Level 2 Part time (mornings) - Hamstead Primary

Hamstead Primary School is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with 1-1 SEND pupils or to provide support within class. The post is part time - Permanent.

The successful candidate will join our hardworking and committed team who work to raise standards and outcomes for our children. 

The successful candidate must display energy and determination to support us in our drive towards continuing to raise standards. Therefore, we are looking for:

• someone who is passionate about supporting children either 1:1 or in small groups to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
• someone who can form positive relationships by inspiring and motivating children.
• someone with a good subject knowledge and understanding of some of the primary phases.
• someone who has experience of supporting pupils with SEN/EAL needs and has a good grasp of phonics delivery.
• someone who can communicate effectively with all stakeholders - pupils, parents, governors and colleagues.
• someone who can be proactive and use their own initiative.

Salary: Band B SCP 3-4 (£24,027 - £24,404 per annum) Pro Rata £11,498 - £11,680
