Teaching Assistant

Contract Length: Attached to named child for the duration of their attendance

Salary: ScaleTA2 Pt 5, £18,252.21 per annum

32.5 hours per week, 8.25 am – 3.25 pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a teaching assistant who is a flexible and confident practitioner with excellent interpersonal skills. preferably experienced at supporting children in partnership with the class teacher, SENDCO, external agencies and parents.

The role will be working one to one with a child with SEND and the contract duration will be fixed to that child’s enrolment at the school.

Support and guidance will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate is given the opportunity to develop their skills and be able to contribute to meeting the child’s EHCP requirements.
