Teaching Assistant (Level 2)
Location: Coughton CE Primary School
Employer: Arden Forest Multi Academy Trust
Contract type: fixed term until 21st July 2025
Working pattern: 39 weeks ( term time)
Hours: 27.5 hours per week (8.45 – 15.20 Mon - Fri) term time only.

Salary: TA2 NJC Scale 7-11 depending on experience £25,584 - £27269 Full-time equivalent salary. The actual salary for the post for the hours is: £16,283-£17,355 (F7-11)
About the Role:
Coughton C of E Primary School is seeking to employ a full time Teaching Assistant to join its enthusiastic and dedicated team. Within this role, the successful candidate will support a child with specific needs on a one to one basis. This will also include supporting small groups in activities that have been planned for by the class teacher. The individual taking on this role will need to be highly motivated, calm, patient and able to adapt quickly to different situations.

Relevant experience and appropriate qualifications such as NVQ level 2 are desirable. Previous experience of supporting children with SEND would be an advantage.
