Job Details
We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for the right people who want to make a difference to young people and adults in the Dudley Disability Service.
Dudley Council is committed to ongoing improvement and achieving excellence. The service has a clear focus on positive life outcomes for all adults: opportunities to succeed in education and work; to live independently and healthily; to have relationships and friendships; and to be included and involved in their communities. Raising aspirations for disabled adults and those around them, as well as providing integrated, forward-thinking support, is critical for them to achieve their goals and have choice and control over their lives.
There is a recognition that to achieve this we need staff that feel supported, listened to and valued. We see supporting our staff's professional development by embracing flexible working, growing a learning and development culture within the service and a commitment to staff welfare is helping us to achieve this.
