About the role:

• This post is aimed at attracting one of the most successful Mathematics teachers and leaders in the UK who has achieved a prodigious record in Mathematics GCSE outcomes.
• Its focus will be precise and will require sustained time commitment to one project at a time to drive up standards in one of the academies in the Thomas Telford Multi Academy Trust. Our schools are located in Telford, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Sandwell.
• You will be afforded considerable autonomy to develop your vision and objectives.
• Delivery of the best Mathematics outcomes that students of all abilities can achieve is the goal.
• Can you create and deliver a plan?
• Are you able to develop teachers to assist in delivering your plan?
• Will your plan be standards driven and are you comfortable with external validation of standards being monitored and evaluated?
• Are you prepared to teach a 50% timetable and allow other Mathematics teachers to observe and share in your teaching methods?
