We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Revenues team, where we manage and administer Council Tax, Business Rates and the Recovery of both for the Warwick District Council area.
Ideally you will have experience in this field and have used the Civica Open Revenues system, however you should have experience in a fast-paced administrative environment and be a great team player.
You will need to have excellent communication skills along with the ability to analyse and comprehend complex queries. You will have ICT skills equivalent to ECDL level and a minimum of 4 GCSE/O Levels passes (Grade A-C) including Mathematics & English.

This post is subject to a Standard DBS disclosure.
The intention is for the post holder to work predominately from home however, it is a requirement to attend our offices or sites within Warwick District as required. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate. However, office and hybrid working are also available.
