Salary: G5 £26,409 - £30,060 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent

If the answer is yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Join our supportive and dedicated Brokerage Team in Adult Social Care.

About the role:
  • Use your customer care abilities to support our care providers in accessing services to deliver our Adult Social Care agenda.
  • Apply your networking and negotiating skills in developing positive relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • To utilise appropriate systems to accurately record all interactions relating to purchasing, care packages.

About you:

This is a responsive team that supports the council’s commitment to vulnerable adults through efficient brokerage service.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience of working in Health and/or Social Care, commissioning, contract, or brokerage environment or equivalent.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, work with multiple information systems and manipulate data with confidence.
  • Be confident in making critical decisions.
  • Have the ability to work with minimal supervision, work to deadlines, and prioritise workloads.
