Location            

Based in Staffordshire South West and working across Stafford Borough, Cannock Chase and South Staffordshire districts.

The Role

You will provide comprehensive support to our team of staff and volunteers, delivering advice to clients in a busy service working across three districts. You will ensure the delivery of a high quality service delivering advice face to face and digitally.

Applicants need to be:

  • Computer-literate, although training on our case recording systems will be given. Able to show good communications skills, both written and verbal. These are essential in the role, as are excellent customer service skills with a non-judgemental approach. Be confident and adaptable with a commitment to working in a busy multi skilled team. Experienced in providing remote advice and supervising staff from home. Confident in working to performance targets. Have the ability to plan and organise your work and that of others
