The Family and Adolescent Support Team (FAST) is looking for a dedicated professional to support children through the challenges of adolescence—helping them stay safe, supported, and at home with their families.

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you’ll work directly with children and families, providing intensive support, crisis intervention, and parenting guidance to create lasting, positive change. As part of a multi-agency team, you’ll collaborate with key partners to tackle critical issues such as:

  • Child exploitation
  • Gang involvement
  • Substance misuse
  • Mental health challenges
  • Family breakdown & missing children

For these roles you must:

  • Be a qualified Social Worker (with a Social Work England Registration) with a good level of post-qualifying experience 
  • An ability to build effective relationships with children, young people, and families.
