We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to join our very successful Pastoral Support Team at Walton High School, to promote the wellbeing of our students. This post may be attractive to someone who requires a shorter working day (hours based around the school day) and enjoys the benefits of school holidays.
Applicants must hold a qualified children’s wellbeing practitioner qualification or a professional counselling qualification and be an accredited member of either the BACP or UKCP.
Applicants must have experience of counselling individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing clinical supervision, and creating and delivering both student and staff workshops.
Walton High School is an oversubscribed, high-achieving school. It is situated in a pleasant residential area on the edge of Cannock Chase and enjoys an excellent reputation.
