37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Caretaker who is motivated to join our hard working team. Our client is seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive caretaker who will take pride in how the school looks and functions. The post comprises of 37 hours per week covering flexible shifts with a requirement to work a split shift in term time and to meet the needs of the school during the school holidays. There is also the possibility of a local arrangement with the school to attend out of hours alarm calls.

Shifts will be:

Mon-Thursday

6.30 -10.30 am

2.30 - 6.00 pm

Friday

6.30 -10.00 am

2.30 - 6.00 pm

The main duties of the role comprise the security of the school buildings and grounds, general portage, minor decorating and DIY activities, and cleaning duties.

For this role it is essential that you have previous Caretaking or Premise management experience.
