As an Examinations Officer you will oversee all aspects of examinations management within the school. You will have responsibility for the administration, organisation and smooth running of internal and external examinations. There is also the opportunity for further training on data and tracking.

You will need to be a communicator with excellent engagement and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with young people, parents/carers and professionals. You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the examinations process and adhering to exam compliance, procedures and codes. A high level of competency using the internet, word processing, data bases and Arbor software packages would be an advantage. A willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for working with young people are essential as well as an approachable and professional manner. A sense of humour is essential, as is the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Experience of school examinations is required although training will be provided.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
