The Role – Your Key Responsibilities:
As Head Teacher, you will:

lead with vision and purpose – set and drive a clear strategic direction for the school, ensuring outstanding outcomes for all pupils raise standards and achievement – inspire high-quality teaching and learning, creating an engaging and ambitious curriculum develop a culture of excellence – foster a school environment where children feel safe, supported, and challenged to achieve their best empower and develop staff – lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring staff well-being, professional development, and accountability engage with the community – build strong partnerships with parents, carers, governors, and the wider community to enrich the school’s provision work in collaboration with Leigh Trust – contribute to the shared success of our Trust, benefiting from collective expertise and resources

has proven leadership experience within a primary school setting, with a track record of driving improvement is committed to inclusivity and ensuring every child has access to an outstanding education demonstrates a deep understanding of curriculum innovation, pedagogy, and evidence-based practice thrives in a collaborative leadership environment, valuing teamwork and professional generosity is confident in leading change, making difficult decisions, and driving school-wide improvement can effectively manage resources, finances, and operational strategy within a challenging educational landscape is an outward-facing leader, committed to partnerships, networking, and system leadership
