Strong analytical, problem solving, and organisation skills are required, as is resilience and the flexibility to work to unpredictable deadlines.
Alongside a busy caseload you will contribute to the job evaluation process, as well as project and policy work based on Our People Strategy, and supporting work within the wider HROD service.
