The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 17 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.
Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3
Part Time, Permanent
Required as soon as possible
We are looking to recruit a teaching assistant either level 2 or level 3 to work within our all-age Alternative Provision within our Multi Academy Trust as we look to grow and develop our provision. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership and work in one of our schools.
We welcome applications that have experience of working with pupils from a range of settings including, but not limited to, Primary, Secondary, Special, and Alternative Provision / PRU. Teaching Assistants are linked with a class, to support the academic achievement, learning behaviours and pastoral support of the pupils within this class of between 8 and 10 pupils.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and confident practitioner that can use their initiative in a fast-paced learning environment.
Salary: Level 2 - £24,404 - £25,183 full time equivalent. Actual salary is £18,768 - £19,367 per annum. Allowance of £1,914 full time equivalent. Actual allowance is £1,472 per annum.
Level 3 - £25,183 – £26,409 full time equivalent. Actual salary £19,367 - £20,310 per annum. Allowance of £1,914 full time equivalent. Actual allowance is £1,472 per annum.
Hours: 32 hrs and 30 minutes per week, term time only
Location: This role will be based at The Bridge Academy, Wissage Road, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 6SW
Start Date: Required as soon as possible
