We are seeking an inspirational Science teacher who is a specialist in Chemistry and has experience of secondary teaching from Year 7 through to Year 13. They need to have the ability to inspire students of all aptitudes and abilities throughout the Key Stages in this highly academic setting. An ability to teach Physics to at least GCSE would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will join a strong and dedicated team and must be willing to contribute fully to the development of Science teaching within the school. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a love of Science, who can share their enjoyment with their students by employing a range of teaching strategies that support the development of challenge, oracy, and which seek to disrupt perfectionism. They must be willing to get involved with extra-curricular activities to enrich the students’ experience of Science and wider school life.

This is a permanent post, arising due to the resignation of a colleague stepping out of education.
