About Us

 

Transport Delivery is responsible for arranging and managing contracts that transport children, young people, and vulnerable adults to and from their school, college, and daycare establishments.? 

 

About The Role

 

The Transport Operations Support Officer role is one of two positions that support the work of the team, This post includes the provision of information in response to queries and issues raised by phone or email relating to Home to School Transport by parents, transport operators and schools. Also includes following these matters up where appropriate.

 

Provides administrative support for other functions including (but not limited to) operator training and DBS, and contractor compliance and performance.

 

If you have administrative / customer service experience and would like to be part of a friendly team working together to make sure the needs of some of Warwickshire’s most vulnerable young people and adults are met, this might be the opportunity for you.

The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
