We are looking to recruit a Site Manager, to start as soon as possible, to be based at Dunstall Park Primary School, Tamworth. Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements. The successful applicant will be responsible for the line management of Site Assistants and use the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage jobs.

What you will need to succeed

  • The ability and experience to ensure Trust policies, processes and procedures are followed at all times and that school sites are fully compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Ensure high quality service delivery is maintained at all times, using Every system for logging, and managing of jobs and for statutory recording.
  • Work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging yet always rewarding role
