Cleaner - Burnt Tree Primary School

The Governors at Burnt Tree Primary School are looking to appoint a cheerful and enthusiastic cleaner to work as part of our own dedicated cleaning team.  The role will involve general cleaning of the school buildings.  You will work both individually in a section of the school and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning tables & sinks within classrooms
• Emptying bins and disposal of waste
• Sanitize and clean washrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Replenish consumables when required
• Monitor stock levels
• Report any premise defects to the Site Manager

Requirements:

• Recent experience of cleaning within a school setting is desirable
• A good timekeeper Has attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Able to work as a team and on your own
• Self-motivated
• Reliable

This permanent post is for 12.5 hours per week 3.30pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year with holiday entitlement.
