Situated in both the Commercial Property Team and the Development, Disposals and Acquisitions Team, you will be undertaking work for both areas each with its own requirements and diverse range of workloads.
You will undertake a number of different tasks to include inspections, valuation, negotiations of property transactions and day-to-day management of Commercial Property.

In addition, you will be assisting with the Development, Disposals and Acquistions Team with their daily workloads.

The level of work for the above will be in accordance with your qualification and experience and in line with the Council’s standards, quality assurance procedures, policies and procedures.

You will also obtain advice, guidance and mentorship from other members of the teams, as appropriate, to assist with your progress towards the APC.

Your background
As a successful candidate, you must have a degree.
Whilst not essential, previous work experience in an office environment would be beneficial.
