Solicitor (Childcare) - Safeguarding and Education

We are looking for a Solicitor/Barrister to join our busy and supportive team dealing with children safeguarding.

The postholder will support the child protection function focussing on legal advice and conduct of childcare applications under the Children Act 1989. Caseworker support will also be available. 

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor/barrister is required with experience of public law child protection applications who is able to work with minimal supervision.
