Job Details
Woodsetton School is a warm and friendly school for primary age pupils with moderate and complex cognition and learning difficulties and/or speech, language and communication difficulties.

Hours: 9 hours & 10 mins per week (11:50am - 1:40pm daily), term time only
Salary: Grade 2

We are looking to appoint 2 Supervisory Assistants to join our highly successful, dedicated and supportive school team.
The main purpose for this role is to oversee, individually or as part of a team, the welfare and safety of all children during lunch times, ensuring that the children eat meals safely, treat others with respect and follow the school’s behaviour policy.
This will mainly involve supporting pupils to eat their lunch and supervising them in a specified area of the playground / field during playtime or within the classrooms during inclement weather. This will also encompass facilitating play opportunities and social interaction.
