Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Contact Centre. The team delivers customer service to our residents for over 16 different services across the Telford & Wrekin borough.

This role is 32 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 4:00pm.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has experience in a busy contact centre. You will be working as part of a team and dealing with a wide range of queries, so you need to be organised, have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.

You will be a customer-focused, technical and motivated team player with a proven working knowledge of working in a contact centre or customer service background.

The opportunity to work from home will be considered. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
