Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact on the roads of Stoke-on-Trent? 

 

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Highways Operative to join our dynamic Highways Maintenance Team.

 

As aSkilled Highways Operative, you will work closely with the Driver Chargehand to: RepairPotholes: Deliver essential highway maintenance to keep our roads safe. General MaintenanceSupport with drainage, kerbing, and other essential tasks. Commercial Projects Assist withroad markings, dropped crossings, and other revenue-generating activities. Health & SafetyFollow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all. Teamwork Collaborateeffectively within the team to meet project goals.

 

What We're Looking For:

Experience inhighways or construction maintenance.

Knowledge of highway safety standards and practices.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work as part of a team andindependently.
