Grade 4 - £33,366 - £40,476
Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
Working 36.5 hours per week

We are looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join our team who support Community Safety & Resilience , the role will be integral to part of our versatile business support team, working alongside an incredibly hardworking and dedicated group of individuals who provide all the back-office support functions to these very busy Statutory Services.
You will have previous skills and experience in high level administration, particularly in a team leader capacity or you may indeed have previous managerial experience. This role will involve co-ordinating all core business performance and governance activity across the team during the course of a week alongside supporting your Business Support Manager and Service Managers to help implement change and service improvement where opportunities arise, an ability to be resilient when faced with varying demands, be able to work to tight deadlines and take responsibility for your own workload. We are looking for an individual who has a positive outlook, a flexible approach with excellent interpersonal skills alongside being enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Are you someone who is proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS 365 packages, has an understanding and experience of dealing with finance, particularly within the context of working within a Local Authority, is technically minded, is able to demonstrate razor sharp logical thought alongside having that very natural ability to connect with a wide range of people from all walks of life at varying levels of authority. Confident in working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. The ability to utilise organisational skills and ensure everything is done on time.
