Clarice Cliff Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed person to work in our very busy and demanding school office.


The successful applicant will be a part of an established team responsible for the smooth running of the school office. As well as effectively dealing with day to day enquiries and visitors to the school, you will be required to complete various administrative tasks. Previous administration experience and a working knowledge of a variety of computer packages including Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. Good grammar, numeracy and accurate keyboard skills are vital. Experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential.


Main duties will include; answering the telephone, reception duties, word processing documents and letters, updating school records, basic finance tasks and general clerical duties.
