HR Coordinator (Recruitment)
You will be the main point of contact for all recruitment queries and will be working closely with the HR Administrator (Recruitment) to ensure that recruitment processes are managed, developed and implemented effectively.
The successful candidate will provide specialist recruitment advice, guidance and support to Line Managers and work closely with the HR Advisor to establish recruitment best practice throughout the Foundation.
You will be required to support the Head of HR and HR Advisor, in advising and guiding managers with grievance, capability, discipline and absence management cases as required including note taking duties.
The successful candidate will possess an excellent knowledge of IT, the ability to prioritise and will preferably be qualified at CIPD Level 5 or working towards this coupled with experience of working in a busy HR environment preferably within an education environment. Knowledge of ISI Regulations would be advantageous.
