Warwickshire County Council is looking to recruit a Strategic Asset Management Data Analyst to work within the Strategic Asset Management Service. The Strategic Asset Management Service is responsible for managing the Councils property and land, ensuring that buildings are well utilised, maintained, operate effectively and develop innovative strategies to ensure best value.

The Role

37.0 Hours per Week

Based within Warwick, the Strategic Asset Management Service is made up of property professionals and requires innovative and responsive technical support. The Strategic Asset Management Analyst will report to the Strategy Policy and Performance Manager. The post holder will be responsible for providing robust data; analysis and management information to identify opportunities and support strategic decision making as well as providing effective property information support.

Key Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Data Analyst who is experienced in property data analysis and able to work under pressure. Experience of using AutoCad; Geographical Information Systems and SQL Reporting would be advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who may have previous experience in property related environment. The role requires excellent communication and co-ordination skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal with the unexpected.
