Assistant Business Partner (Policy and Pay)

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Business Partnering, Pay and Policy Team, to carry out a varied and challenging role.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining existing and future ‘people’ related policies and strategies, supporting managers through change projects and transformation of their services along with communicating with a wide range of audiences which will include informal and formal consultation with Trade Unions.
You will need to:
- be CIPD qualified
- have excellent communication skills including supporting senior managers
- be a skilled influencer
- be able to work on your own initiative
- have extensive research and analytical experience
- have experience in preparing and presenting reports to consultative panels
37 Hours per week
