£23,398 - £24,964 per annum

NJC Scale 6

37 hours per week

Fixed term from 01/03/2018 - 31/10/2018

Telford High Ropes is being reopened at Easter 2018 under the ownership and management of Telford and Wrekin Council. This is an exciting and high profile development which part of the Telford 50 Celebrations.

The newly appointed Site Supervisor will be key to shaping the High Ropes delivery model to both leisure, educational and business users. The Site Supervisor will be involved in the build completion, setting up of operational systems and marketing delivery offers. The Site Supervisor will be involved in recruiting and developing a team of casual staff to help us continue developing our quality and range of provision.

There will then be a full training package to cover use, maintenance, operational systems and rescue procedures of the High Ropes course according to EN 15567 standard. There is a need to build work rotas around the client-need which will include regular weekend and school holiday working from March to October, as well as week day working.

The Town Park is much valued in Telford, and lies on the very edge of the Town Centre and includes play areas, visitor attractions, heritage trails and natural lakes, woods and meadows.
