Brewhouse, Arts & Town Hall Manager

The Council offices and Town Hall are based in Burton upon Trent.
The Brewhouse, Arts and Town Hall Manager is responsible for the operation and development of the Brewhouse Arts Centre including all aspects of Arts and Culture within the Borough and the Civic Function Suite in Burton Town Hall.
This is an exciting and varied role, incorporating building management, programming, partnership working and strategic monitoring against ESBC corporate targets.
You will be responsible for proactively driving forward the Brewhouse Development Plan including all aspects of Brewhouse activity.
You will also manage the Civic Function Suite, including the service manager and support team and provide a co-ordinated approach to the programming, marketing and promotional activities of both the Civic Function Suite and the Brewhouse.
The role would suit candidates who can demonstrate a professional attitude and outlook with a strong customer focus and operational experience of an Arts/theatre environment.
The role is temporary to cover maternity leave up to 52 weeks.
