STRIVE TO THRIVEWanted: Social Workers who want to Strive to help children Thrive
In Warwickshire Children’s Team we are undergoing an exciting transformation.
We are always striving to improve ourselves and develop systems that ensure that our practice is excellent and our teams receive the best support we can offer. Why? Because we are committed to ensuring that the children and young people of Warwickshire receive outstanding social work practice. We are recruiting more social workers to join our dedicated teams as to reduce caseloads and increase face to face time with families.
We believe that the best outcomes are firmly built upon the foundation of good solid social work practice and we know that our children and young people should be always be at the very heart of all we do - and they need us to be the best we can be.
We are looking for social workers to join our child focused teams who really know why they wanted to practice social work... to change the lives of children and young people and work with them and their families to improve their outcomes.
