Hub Manager and Chief Finance Officer - The Societas Trust
The Directors and CEO of the Societas Trust are seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and inspirational professional to support the business and operations of the Trust as a whole, working closely with the academy business managers and the external auditors.
We are a relatively new Trust, comprising five primary Academies in North Staffordshire with around 350 employees, at a very exciting stage in our development. Our vision is to create a sustainable, professional community where all learners are valued and encouraged to achieve their potential, and all individuals are respected.
Ideally you will be someone that is a strong and experienced School / Academy Business Manager or someone in similar employment with transferable skills. You should also have outstanding organisational and financial acumen; be highly motivated and passionate about Education and willing to go the extra mile; be forward thinking and innovative and be able to motivate others. Excellent communication skills are also paramount.

You will be required to work 25 hours per week (i.e. 5 hours per day Monday to Friday), term time plus 2 weeks.
