Warwick District Council’s Housing Service manages over 6,000 residential dwellings including social rented and leasehold dwellings as well as garage units. The service is responsible for managing the repair and maintenance of the Councils corporate assets and is also responsible for providing a housing advice, homelessness, private sector and allocations service.
This new role will support the Housing Advice and Allocations Team. The role will provide the advice service for lettings, homelessness, private sector housing and general housing advice.
The post holder will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that enquiries are responded to effectively and efficiently. With experience of working in a customer services environment and of working with electronic based systems the post holder will have the ability to be flexible and work under pressure to tight deadlines, in a fast changing environment.
