Senior Network Technician – Grade 8, 37 hours per week, Whole Year

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated professional to work under the direction and guidance of Head of Vocational Education to develop and manage the school’s ICT systems. The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility for the IT budget and school network infrastructure. The post holder will have line management responsibility for one technician and one apprentice technician. You will be required to have strong problem solving and analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a range of audiences, be highly organised, able to prioritise and work well under pressure - meeting strict deadlines and exercising attention to detail.
