37.0 Hours per Week
Hours are generally 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday although some flexibility may be required.
As team manager you will be responsible for developing a high performing team, serving customers with mental health needs within North Warwickshire achieving the targets for both social care and health. Part of the role will be promoting recovery and independence for customers and service users.
The team manager must hold a Soc ial Work qualification and have experience of leading and managing a team. Experience in mental health work is desirable and budget management experience is required.
