We are currently recruiting for
Three Temporary Stock Condition Surveyor’s to work within our capital projects department, to support the delivery of the asset management service.

The role will involve assisting the team to carry out stock condition surveys via mobile device for a range of residential properties.

You should have
Experience of conducting stock condition surveys for a range of residential properties using a mobile device. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of all property elements and their specific life spans to enable them to evaluate replacement dates.

As a key member of the capital projects department there will be extensive liaison with residence, clients and other key parties to deliver the asset management programme.

It is essential that candidates are able to drive and have the use of a car and be physically able to carry out site visits, climb ladders and scaffolds, etc as required.
