St Giles’ and St George’s C of E Academy is a welcoming, vibrant and inclusive community on the edge of Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. Because of our popularity, we have expanded from one to two-form entry and our beautiful new building is now complete. We are now ready to build on our well-established leadership team to further develop our high quality provision recognised by our Ofsted and SIAMS in the autumn term.
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious teacher with experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning, of successfully leading improvement and raising standards to develop as a senior leader and take the next step towards headship. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Deputy Headteacher will be centrally involved in the management of the Academy and will be responsible for raising standards and helping establish a culture that is nurturing and rigorous. If you are a dynamic and inspirational leader with the capacity to grow and develop in the role, if you have initiative, constructive enthusiasm, a thorough knowledge, particularly in KS1 and EYFS and the ambition to play a major role in the leadership and management of our academy then we would love to hear from you.
