We are a busy frontline team working in Child Protection, Court Work, Children in Need and Looked After Children. The team consists of an Operations Manager, Team Managers, Social Workers, Social Care Workers and an Administrative Team.
37.0 Hours per Week
Fixed Term Contract minimum of 12 months.
The role of the Team Administrator is to manage the administration needs to support all members of the team. Developing and managing efficient processes and taking responsibility for all of the office services are key to this role. Undertaking a range of financial tasks is also a significant aspect of this position.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. Managing staff and developing skills within the team. Office management experience is desirable for this role.
