Dudley MBC is a community council rich in history and is very focused on regenerating and reinvesting itself to meet the challenges of the future, forming part of the West Midlands Combined Authority.  Legal Services continues to be accredited with Lexcel, the Law Society's standard in excellence in legal practice management and client care. 

Hours:  37 hours per week

Salary: Grade 8 (£26556-£29,033) per annum

Based at 4 Ednam Road, Dudley

We require an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to provide legal support in the delivery of projects such as the One Public Estate for the Place Directorate along with other projects property related for the Council. 

The successful candidate will amongst other things be expected to advise upon an draft legal documentation for both complex projects and routine property transactions.   This post holder will be able to work within the Council's Flexible Working Policy, subject to the business needs of the Council being fulfilled.
