Teaching Assistant - 20 hour per week (Redbrook Hayes Community Primary School)
Part Time (20 hours per week)
Term Time Only
In order to better support learning for all children across the school and in response to their changing needs, we are delighted to advertise a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant (Teaching and Learning with Occasional Cover.) The successful candidate will be deployed to address the needs of learners with additional educational needs, and will likely specifically support an individual learner, being proactively engaged in supporting learning within and beyond the classroom for them and others, working on specific targets as well as leading interventions and in-class learning experiences with groups. Strong links between the Inclusion Leader and parents will be essential. The post is for 20 hours per week and is permanent.
The successful candidate would start as soon as possible, and preferably from the start of the summer term, but we would honour any notice period required.
The successful candidate will:
be an ambitious and highly skilled Practitioner;
Support our belief that every child has the right to the best possible learning experience;
