To assist with the Management of the Council’s Arboricultural, Woodland and Grounds Maintenance Operations, including External Works. Providing high quality Arboricultural Operations, Forestry and Grounds Maintenance service to the Wyre Forest District Council and all its clients.

You must be able to receive and understand both written and verbal instruction, working within a small team. You must possess a full driving licence. You will need to have practical experience at various Arboricultural Operations. You must have a minimum of 1 years’ Arboricultural experience. You will need to hold NPTC unit (CS30) for Chainsaw Crosscutting & Maintenance

• QCF Level 2 Qualification in arboriculture, horticulture or forestry.

• 1 years experience in practical arboriculture.

• Ability to communicate effectively with members of the public, other departments and organisations.
