Pro rata term time only actual salary is £14,362 - £15,470

The Governors are seeking to appoint a well motivated and efficient Administration Officer to work in our busy school office and become a member of our committed, enthusiastic administration team in our expanding school from April 2018.

Previous school experience is not necessary however it would be desirable. Applicants must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft word and excel and a good level of spelling and grammar.

The role will include taking the lead on monitoring whole school attendance and general administrative tasks such as reception and telephone duties, dealing with enquiries from staff, parents and outside agencies, record keeping, word processing documents, receipting monies.

Excellent communication skills are vital as a large part of the role involves liaison with parents, children, staff and a large number of outside agencies. Confidentiality, patience, a sense of humour and the ability to use your own initiative will make you an ideal candidate.
