An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Human Resources Payroll and Pensions Transactional Services Manager to join an innovative and progressive Council. The role will be an integral member of Dudley MBC’s Senior Management team, delivering the Customer Connect element of a wider Transformational Programme, providing strategic HR Transactional planning and advice on both internal and external programmes and projects.

Hours:  37 per week

Salary:  Grade 12 (£40,619 - £43,387) per annum

You will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the centralised HR Payroll and Pensions specialist team. The role is pivotal to ensure delivery of consistent HR transactions for all Council Directorates, Schools, Academies and external bodies that purchase these services from the Council.

You will be an experienced HR Transactional Payroll and Pensions Manager. You will have the ability to ensure that the transactional services integrity is in place for all areas of the Council that are serviced by this element of Customer Connect. 

We are looking for an experienced MCIPD qualified manager who can demonstrate their ability to add value and make a real difference, with the desire to learn from best practice bringing innovative thinking to the service.
