Blue Coat School are seeking to appoint, a reliable, professional and practical Site Manager. The successful candidate will report to, and work with, the Executive Business Manager in providing a safe, effective and efficient learning environment. Responsibilities include the management of Site Service Assistants, Quality Control, Health and Safety, lettings, security and undertaking maintenance repairs as necessary.
Full Time. All year round
Required from: As soon as possible
37 hours per week – 52 weeks
(Shift system to include weekend working when required)
The successful candidate will have the knowledge and skills to ensure a productive and safe environment for staff, pupils and visitors to the school. A secure knowledge in premises and facilities management is essential along with the experience of leading a team and motivating colleagues to achieve results.
Previous school experience would be desirable.
